Booking & Pre-check

We confirm your preferred time and share a brief overview of the session so you can arrive with confidence.

75-minute Intake (BOC-ATC)

Grounded in world-class sports medicine & science, a BOC-ATC carefully listens to your goals, symptoms, daily routines, and training/work environment.

Assessment (movement, balance, context)

We assess movement patterns, body balance, and relevant environmental factors to capture the full picture—not just isolated symptoms.

Root-cause clarity & alignment

We explain findings in a clear, actionable way and align on priorities—what to address first and why—so your path forward feels grounded.

Tailored program design

Beyond temporary changes, we design a plan you can sustain—so you can maintain your best condition with your own strength and consistency.

Plan guidance (60 min / 90 min)

The 60-minute plan focuses on training and stretching. The 90-minute plan includes bodywork as well, targeting deeper, fundamental improvement.

Next steps & scheduling

We decide a realistic follow-up schedule together, so the first session ends with clarity and momentum.
